If you wonder who we are? Let us introduce ourselves.
We are a couple, Julijana and Robert Mencin, from Slovenia. This is where we gained or initial experience and knowledge about adventure guiding.
We are passionate travellers, so we get experiences of climbing and hiking around the world.
In 2017 we decided to move to Bosnia and Herzegovina to begin guiding in country which for years had charmed us with its pure, untouched, amazing nature, many natural wonders like clear, turquoise rivers and lakes, unspoilt forests and high mountains, rich with flora and fauna, unique cultural and historical background along with welcoming, hospitable and friendly people.
We have been mountaineers and rock climbers for more than 15 years and as these are our biggest passions we decided to turn our hobby into business. We chose Bosnia and Herzegovina because it’s a perfect place for any kind of outdoor activity.
We have implemented our knowledge, experience and our extensive training course into guiding and every year we invest into further training and education, best practice the latest techniques in guiding.
We are one of only a few guides who are certified and hold diplomas in outdoor and adventure activities.
We specialise in climbing and hiking but we also offer water tours to several secret river canyons.
Beside working as climbing, hiking and canyoning guides, we also construct via ferratas, zip lines and adventure parks.
Rest assured, no-one can guide you better than someone who built the via ferrata
and therefore knows every inch of it ☺

Since we wanted to do our first via ferata, we had a lot of questions. We ended up here with these lovely people via Instagram. We really had the time of our lives. it really was so well organized and the guidance was excellent. We were picked up on time from our hotel and a packed lunch was even put together for us. We are very happy that we ended up here. Beautiful route; the Armin Gaciz route and the hike to it was also very impressive.
Robert and Julijana provided us with a beautiful via ferrata. Very detailed explanation before we started, which made us feel completely safe. The via ferrata was challenging and very beautiful. We could complete this at our own pace and we experienced no time pressure. Upstairs we could enjoy delicious fruit with a beautiful view of the city. We hiked a little further to an old castle at the top of the mountain.
We received a lot of information about via ferrata, history of the city, other possible excursions during our remaining stay in Bosnia Herzegovina.
Afterwards we received many beautiful photos and additional information about other via ferratas and hikes that we could do.

Absolutely fabulous! My husband and I did the Fortica ferrata a few days ago and loved every moment of it. It was short but sweet and just challenging enough for my husband who is not a climber... This was our first ever ferrata but i have a feeling it'll be hard to beat. Would highly recommend this company and their tours to anyone visiting. So friendly and helpful to all levels. Thank you so much for giving us an experience we'll never forget!
